M3 HÔTEL PRINCE

ICONIA partnered with M3 Group to work on designing m3 Hospitality’s flagship hotel in the center of Geneva; M3 Hôtel & Residence Prince. The main part of the 104-room hotel dwells in a heritage listed building which used to serve as stables to the prince of Saxe-Gotha in the 18th century, from whom it draws its name. The second part of the hotel is accessible through a courtyard, and bears the name of Tour Maîtresse, in honor of the defense tower which stood in its place for 500 years, before eventually getting torn down in 1846.
